Tri-Block Machine
The machine is contain 3 machines on single frame rinsing machine, Filling machine and capping machine (for plastic caps). Suitable for packing liquids without gas like water, fruit juice, yogurt drink, herbal drinks, in PET bottles from 250 up to 2000 ml. The movement of container in machine is by the neck of container and needs minimum change parts. The filling system is gravity type. The capper heads are equipped with adjustable torque magnetic clutches. The machine is full automatic in operation and is equipped with electronic control (PLC) touch screen monitor and electronic speed control (frequency inverter) All electronic, pneumatic equipments used in machine are from well-known brands in market.
